Project Description
This structure is being instructed in the center of Kerman City –considering the urban and demographic context of Kerman Province and the application of world-class technology – with the approx. area of 11800 Square meters and total area of 1400 square meters in 5 commercial floors and 6 medical floors.
Metra Company with their strategic viewpoints, design the medical atmosphere of the building to boost the spiritual condition of the visitors. This view point focuses on the main principals such as accurate space connection ,exact diverse positioning of sections, considering the specific requirements of each space such as Color ,light ,material to improve the spiritual level of the visitors. A Doctor’s building with appropriate design is able to play a significant role to excite the positive energy, and build peace and confidence for the patients. The total volume of the building is similar to an urban plaza where you can see the urban landscape through the windows .the Façade Materials are the combination of bricks ,glass, porcelain ceramics which integrate the old and modern architectures.
In designing the facade of the building, the environmental and visual features of the city have been considered. The overall volume of the building is a symbol of an urban plaza with large windows overlooking the vast urban landscape. Facade materials are a combination of porcelain bricks, glass and ceramics that combine past and present architecture with the harmony of a beautiful symphony.

Project features
One of the important features of the project is the use of findings and psychological studies in order to create a calm and effective environment in the treatment process and to create an atmosphere in which everything is in line with the treatment process. Shapes, colors, surfaces, furniture, lighting, etc. directly and indirectly have a positive effect on the soul and psyche of the clients.Also, allocating a part of commercial spaces to the supply of health-cosmetic-sports supplies and other commercial services related to the use of the medical sector indicates the emergence of the therapist building thinking in this project. The audience of medical services is formed in such a way that while having the capabilities of providing related medical services, it also has the necessary and sufficient attraction to flourish the commercial sector.
