Project features
Sepah Bank Educational Welfare Complex will be constructed on 5 floors (2 basements, ground floor and 2 floors on the ground floor) in Punak neighborhood of Tehran, Baghistan Street.
Among the spaces that have been considered for this complex, we can mention: parking, engine room, sports space, swimming pool, conference hall, restaurant, breakfast and accommodation and educational units. It is worth noting that the educational space is located in the first half of the basement.
In addition to the above spaces, the data center building (which will be the most equipped data center in the country) is also located in 3 floors (2 basement floors and a ground floor with office use) in this complex.
