Holding an annual General Meeting  leading  December 21, 2021 of  Metra Consulting Engineers

The annual general meeting was held on December 21, 2021 with the presence of the respected representatives of Sepah Bank, Dr. Shabani Fard, the respected Director of the Iranian Atlas, Mr. Engineer Kashkaghi, as well as senior executives. On the agenda of the meeting, the respected CEO of Metra Consulting Engineer reported on the performance and financial accounts leading to 21\/12\/2021 and then outlined the strategic and operational activities and policies of the next year. Respected evaluators and shareholders approved and enacted last year’s performance, and the financial statements of the year leading  21\/12\/2021 were approved.

Members of the Board of Directors have given ,relying on God and then the capacities of the company, increasing motivation and effort with collective wisdom to achieve a positive step towards enhancing our beloved homeland.
