Holding the annual general assembly ending on December 21, 2023 of Metra Consulting Engineers

According to the public relations report of Metra Company, the Annual General Assembly of Metra Consulting Engineers Company was held in the financial year ending on December 21, 2023 with the presence of shareholders’ representatives on February 30, 2023 in the meeting hall of Metra Company.

The Annual General Assembly of Metra Consulting Engineers was chaired by Dr. Mohammadi, the respected Administrative-Finance Vice President of Iranian Atlas Group of Companies, and with the presence of representatives from; Sepah Bank, Sepah Bank Financial Group, Iranian Atlas Group of Companies and Audit Organization was held on February 30, 2023 . In this meeting, the achievements and the report of the company’s financial statements during the past year were presented by the CEO and vice-chairman of the board of directors. Also, the CEO presented a complete and comprehensive report about the company’s status in various fields. In this assembly, the representatives of the shareholders of Metra Consulting Engineers emphasized on pursuing development plans and expanding the provision of services in the field of buildings and construction. After reading the report of the financial statements by the respected auditor, the shareholders appreciated and thanked the efforts of the CEO, the members of the board of directors and the company’s deputies.
