Obtaining a membership certificate for the Tehran Mass Housing Builders Association

Metra Consulting Engineers succeeded in obtaining the membership certificate of the Mass Housing Builder Association.

Considering the experiences and resumes of the executive activities, Metra Consulting Engineers Company succeeded in obtaining the membership certificate of the Mass Housing Builders Association.

Tehran Mass Housing Construction Employers Association has been registered in the General Office of Labor and Employers’ Organizations in accordance with Article 131 of the Labor Law of the Islamic Republic of Iran and has passed 6 courses so far. The goals of this association include the following:

1-  Encourage professionalization and create a suitable platform for investment and mass housing

2- Exercising control over the entry of non-specialist builders in the field of mass construction activities with the aim of improving the quality of housing production and preserving national interests.

3-  Promoting national housing policies and optimization, mass production, cheapening, development of new technology and increasing the quality of construction in housing production

4- Transferring the experiences of mass producers through the communication of union members with each other

5- Defending the social rights and professional status of mass builders and housing investors and presenting the problems and points of view of the trade union to the relevant executive bodies and participating in the formulation of policies and executive regulations of the housing sector while respecting the rights of housing users.
