Farmanieh multifunctional Complex is located in an area with approximately 5800 square meters adjacent to Pasdaran, on the south of Farmanieh intersection .As the area is in Tehran Comprehensive plan of M11, there is a possibility of constructing the mixed plan (Commercial –administrative); therefore, the design and construction of multifunctional complex commenced in the total foundation of approx. 105000 Square meters
