Plan Objectives
- Connecting Sabzevar to Tehran (the largest economy hub of the country) and Mashhad (the economic pole of the province and the largest pilgrimage center of the country) to carry loads and passengers to all parts of the country with the rail network
- Connecting Sabzevar to newly independent countries from the path of Mashhad

Description: This line begins with the Ezi (Sabzevar functions) and connects to the Sabzevar Railway by passing through Khairabad, Qajli, Kikhazro and Sultan Abad.
